Inbox Coherence
Terms for using Inbox Coherence.
Inbox Coherence is a background rules service for connected Gmail and Google Workspace accounts. By using the service, you are responsible for your account, your connected Google permissions, and the conditions and actions of every rule you enable.
Rules and message actions
You authorize Inbox Coherence to search, modify, label, archive, move to Trash, and, when enabled by you, permanently delete matching messages. Review conditions and use preview and exclusions before enabling destructive actions. Permanent deletion may be irreversible.
Usage is limited to 20 connected Google accounts and 100 total saved rules per account holder.
Service operation
Rules run automatically on a daily schedule, but no exact execution minute is guaranteed. Google API outages, quotas, rate limits, Workspace administrator restrictions, and other third-party limits may delay or prevent a run.
Billing and cancellation
The service costs $48 per year, billed annually. Canceling stops renewal. The initial annual purchase is refundable within 30 days as described in the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use and changes
Do not use the service for abuse, excessive automated activity, or unlawful purposes. We may suspend access to protect service reliability and security. These terms may change as the service evolves.
