Inbox Coherence
How Inbox Coherence handles personal information.
Effective date: August 24, 2026
Inbox Coherence uses connected Gmail accounts to evaluate the rules you create and perform the enabled actions. We access your Google account identifier, profile details, OAuth credentials, rule definitions, search queries, and the message information required to evaluate those rules.
How we use information
We use this information to connect your account, preview matches, run rules, maintain account security, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Mailbox data is not sold or used for targeted advertising. We do not use connected mailbox data to train generalized AI models.
Storage and sharing
We store account identifiers, rule definitions, execution history, and encrypted OAuth refresh tokens. We share information with Google APIs and infrastructure providers only as needed to provide and secure the service. We do not store message bodies as part of rule execution unless the final production implementation requires otherwise.
Your choices
You can disconnect a Google account from Inbox Coherence or revoke access from your Google Account security settings. Contact the service operator for access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions.
