Refunds and cancellations.
The initial annual Inbox Coherence purchase is eligible for a 100% refund when you cancel within 30 days of the initial charge. The refund is available once per user and returns to the original payment method where feasible.
Canceling after the 30-day window stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current term. Fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or repeated account recreation may be excluded where legally permitted. Applicable consumer law controls.
